St. Clair City Hall

Program:

This project is made available through a partnership with the Federal Home Loan Bank of Des Moines, Famers & Merchants Bank, and the great City of St. Clair. The program is scheduled for 2010; however, if monies remain available the program may be continued throughout 2011. The City of St. Clair has received $500,000 to assist eligible local homeowners through one hundred (100) grant awards up to five thousand dollars ($5,000) to make eligible improvements to their homes.

Below are the forms you need to apply.  The City will assist an applicant with the completion of the application and supporting materials upon request.
